Got up late. (again) Carried a water bottle for the pup - which helped - but she still can't handle much of the heat - so we did just 3.61 together. finished up the morning with some fast half mile intervals on the TM

Miles is black and he does not do well in the heat so I don't take him out very far. Unfortunately he doesn't agree with me so I always have to sneak back out to finish my run. ;) Love summer, but it is not the best running season.
