AM - From home to work 13.0 miles @ 8:28 avg. Then hopped on the treadmill for 2.0 miles @ 8:30 avg.
A few easy miles out on the Parkway. (and by easy, i mean not fast... with the shape i'm in, and a pesky sciatic nerve, and the 87 deg. temperature - it wasn't exactly easy)

Treadmill again - purely for the climate controlled environment. Too hot for me to run outside in the afternoon...
