AM - 1.5 mile warmup on the treadmill.  Then ran w/M down to the JRP.   1.77 mile warmup, 3 threshold (6:56, 6:50, 6:44), 2.21 cooldown.

Cool temps, light breeze, fine mist coming off the river.  Awesome morning.

Great week or running. A lot of fast miles mixed in. Why do I fear that you're going to push yourself into an injury? Maybe this year will be the year of no disappointments.

I have that same fear from time to time too. But the good news is that i'm feeling pretty good right now and trying to be cautious and smart.
