Just turn on the garmin and go for a drive -- that counts, doesn't it?

From Kelli on Fri, Jul 30, 2010 at 12:49:55 from 71.219.99.30

Wow! I've never run 80 miles in a week and you're flurting with 100.

From Kelli on Fri, Jul 30, 2010 at 17:18:31 from 71.219.99.30

Whoa BOY!!!! Up top 80 already! Watcha gonna do tomorrow??? You can come join us for a slow and easy 18 at 5 am, then continue on for another 1.88 and you would be there! Of course, I would run just one more mile after that for good measure. You gotta get 101.

How are ya feeling?

From RAD on Fri, Jul 30, 2010 at 17:41:18 from 67.172.229.125

I was having baby issues this morning and didn't get out till 10 to seven. You were probably already nearly done by then!

Nice work on the mileage! I think you should join Kelli tomorrow and finish up a 100 mile week - or go for that drive :)

From Calvin on Fri, Jul 30, 2010 at 17:59:18 from 66.133.117.3

Kelli, in answer to your question I feel relatively good - which is why i won't be pushing my luck on a long run tomorrow.

the century mark will have to wait for some future week! (on the bright side, i did meet my goals for July, so its all good)

From Kelli on Sat, Jul 31, 2010 at 18:17:26 from 71.219.99.30

Congrats on an AWESOME July!

From Smooth on Sun, Aug 01, 2010 at 21:55:28 from 174.23.218.43

CONGRATZ on a 300+ July! All those 2-a-days really paid off! Can't wait to see you hit century week!
