Holy cow! Yesterdays workout was HARD. I could NEVER do that, NEVER!!! Very impressive.
So, what is this BIG hill you talk of??? There are no big hills out here ;o)
(Just wondering WHICH hill so I can be all the more impressed.)

It's that hill that we've talked about before. The one that you usually prefer to run UP and I usually prefer to run DOWN.
