At that pace I may be able to keep up! What time in the morning do you usually run? I'd love a little company (and some accountability for having to wake up!).

Nice job on keeping the miles up with the 2-a-days!

Are you going for 100 this week? Great running!

Rachel - Sounds cool. Let me know what time you'll be heading out. (i *try* to wake up in time to be heading out in the 6:00 to 6:30 range)

Andy - Thanks. 100 is unlikely... My mileage usually starts off big early in the week, then tapers off -

Big is right. You are a mileage maniac this week and leading the mileage board.

Sounds about right on the time for me...well, for what I plan :) I just need to be home by 7-7:15 so that hubby can get off to work, so it really depends on how long I'm planning on running.

What does your Thursday plan look like? I'd like to try a good 6-8. LMK.
