We drove UP the cove Saturday! ;o)

I am in the same shoes as you!!! Let's create a challenge here---How much weight do we need to lose? Where do we need to be to beat our times last year?

I wondered how the parkway was, were there spots that you could not get through?

Kelli, i'm up for a challenge - lets work out some details. Regarding the Parkway - the trail under the bridge at 10400 south has been flooded for weeks, but you can walk across the concrete wall to bypass it (not bad). the river has risen enough at 11400 south to cover the trail also, so you have to detour a bit by crossing at the new intersection (still not too bad). i havent ventured as far as 12600 south lately, but i presume that it is under water by now. (it was getting close a couple weeks ago) the detour there would be a bit more inconvenient getting across the road. south of there, i couldn't say...

When I ran on it a few weeks ago 12600S was flooded as well - we just went over the road. Had to stop, but not out of the way. Bangerter was also flooded, but you could get by on the dirt part with a little ducking under the overpass. It might not be accessible now though and there you wouldn't be able to get across anywhere.

Game on. Since our time were mere seconds away in St George, this could be FUN!

I bet the trail is an absolute mess with this water. Today was cold, so maybe that helped some.
