Noon - Gorgeous sunny run out on the Parkway.  The wind made it a bit nippy, but at least now I don't have to ice my knees down.  8.10 miles at 7:52 avg pace.

Late PM - 4 easy on the treadmill (1%) - 8:47 avg pace

Great job Cal! I felt the same way today....beautiful sun but the wind gets a bit nippy. Gotta love that sun though!

Nice to see you back! That wind has been thwarting all my outside 'chores' lately - running in it would be punishment!

Glad to hear you're back at it and just as speedy as always!
