Noon - Treadmill again.  Lots of speed changes and mental pace calculations to keep it interesting.  Even so, it was a bit boring.  6.0 miles - 8:24 avg 

Late PM - Treadmill - some inclined walking, then ran for a bit.  very tired and not too enthused that late at night.  2.5 miles @ 8:40 ish

You need to get out and live in the outdoors. Even at night in the dark it beats the treadmill.
