Went out for a rare morning run with RAD.  It turns out that there are roads and hills that i didn't even know existed in Herriman.  Had a fun time.  Knee pain wasn't an issue today - icing it down still as a precaution.

6.45 miles w/Rachel + 0.25 around the park w/D.  It was a gorgeous morning, by the way.

PM - Nice Cove run w/D.  5.34 miles

Lucy was mad at me when I got home - she knew I'd run without her, but since I'd already cooled down I didn't want to take her out again.

Nice job killing those hills, sorry I slowed you down. Next time you can run the loop at YOUR pace. Lots of fun hills up in 'the hills' :)

Those puppy dog eyes are hard to resist.

Today's pace was my pace. And this route today made my Cove hills seem podunk in comparison. (Here i was, thinking that i was getting in good hill training all along.)

That Cove hill is the kind I don't like. My route has rollers, although mostly up I at least get a break. The cove is just UP! Just like my hill of despair is barely a hill...it just NEVER ends. I gotta have a break in there somewhere or my heart will explode :)

Glad you are back at it.
