Went running outside for the 3rd time this week. That might be a new record for me in 2011. A bit breezy on the Parkway, but otherwise absolutely gorgeous sun and blue sky today.

Hey Cal, free 5K race tomorrow at the church by your house if you're interested in challenging me to a throw down :) 9AM! I'm going to do a few afterward as well. They usually have donuts after too (that makes me shake my head EVERY time!).

It is getting to be that stake 5k time of the year. I would run it but I am helping to move my mom in the morning.

Cal, I usually win for the women - with about 22-24 minutes time. There are usually a couple guys ahead of me, but it all depends on who shows up. I do know a couple of fast guys, don't know who is coming though - all the women that are going are more like 30+ min-ers.
