The knee is still problematic. My ability to run is limited by that and generally being out of shape.

To briefly update, i'm currently working on becoming a runner again. (my knee issues are not gone, but they're manageable right now.) my goal is to build up over the next few weeks so that maybe i can start running with you at about the time that you're recovering from Ogden. (At least on some of your easy runs...)
