AM - 13.0 @ 8:29 (Reverse Cove Loop + 2x Rosecrest Mini-Loops) then finished up on the treadmill (-3%), 7.0 @ 8:15 or so.  Because of pace, they're called 'easy' miles, but many many aspects of the 20 miles weren't easy...  hills, heat, tired and/or sore muscles, lack of focus, etc.  blah.

SUper mid-week long run there Cal. I don't think there are too many 20-milers that really fit into the "easy" category.

Are you kidding me?!!! 20 miles on Tue?!!!

Hills miles are NEVER easy. Tired/heat/sore/unfocus = you are reaching machine status which is a notch above SUPER HUMAN status!

What a stud!

I agree with the others... there is no "blahing" a 20 miler, especially when it is done on a weekday and all before work. Nice run!

20 miles on a Tuesday?!? WOW! I wouldn't want to get out of bed that early.

Nice work and even more impressive paces for all the mishaps!

Can't wait to see all this training provide a 'kill' of a race at SGM!
