That is no easy run UP the cove! I still wish we had gone with the house in that neighborhood when we moved. I love it up there.

Did you copy me? :) I decided to try it for the first time Tuesday, and it certainly isn't any easy feat getting to the top of that place! I'd rather run up the full canyon.

it's not an easy course, so even though i ran it slow it must be doing some good right? but one of the best things about it is the stream that runs next to the road. perfect watering hole for the running companion.

Well, as long as your willing to admit it :)
When I went to the top I kept going on the side streets that parallel the main road so I had less traffic to deal with. I did stop once for Lucy to grab a drink though and she wouldn't drink. Oh well, like they say "you can lead a horse to water..."
