Afternoon run - (quite a bit cooler than yesterday, 20+ degrees less i think) - 3.95 out & back toward Yellowfork.  Turned around when the unrestrained canine made its appearance.  (just short of where i was planning to turn around anyway, but irresponsible dog owners really tick me off.) 

Late PM - treadmill - 3.05 @ 8:34 pace

I hate those kinds of dogs on a run. Especially in the summer running in our west fields here in Utah. Some of those dogs are downright scary!

My little terrier that i run with is like a dog magnet. Every loose dog spots her from a long distance and comes charging out. And of course she feels like she's protecting me and won't back down to any animal - so confrontations can get ugly.
