Yeah for no pains, guess it was a phantom after all!

Good luck to you! What are you shootin' for? Any goals at all? I know, bad question to ask two days before.

My primary goal is to beat last year's 3:06. All my recent evidence suggests that it's possible, so i'll just try to run well and see if i can make good things happen.

Good luck Cal!! I agree your superb training this last while points to a great race. The heat will throw a bit of a wild card into things but you'll be running so fast it won't be an issue for you. Hopefully we'll catch you at the finish area.

Enjoy the day off. Hope to see you in Sunny, Hot St. George.

As long as it doesn't get too hot, I think you will PR by a lot. Your training has been outstanding.

HOLY COW!!! Awesome, I hope that you can beat it, that would be great. That time is unfathomable to me, seriously. How does anyone run a marathon that fast???? Seriously!?!

Save me some ice cream!

Good luck Cal! Glad to hear the pain made it's showing and left. Stay strong this weekend. I am excited to see how well you do!
