A mediodia - Corri en el gimnasio hoy porque habia mucha nieve.  Necesito checar la calibracion de la cinta nueva.  Estuvo mas dificil que usual. (0% elevacion)

7.0 millas -  0.75 calentamiento, 3.0 @ 8.6 mph, 0.5 @ 6.7 mph, 0.5 @ 8.6, 2.25 @ 7.0 mph para refrescarse

Mas tarde - 3.5 millas por la cinta, 8:45 por milla mas o menos
