Very very nice workout Cal. Your running is going great right now. I look forward to getting to the point (hopefully) where I can once again crank out this kind of workout.

And you gotta love those unplanned potty breaks!

You better take care of that pain in your butt. Roll on a hard ball where it hurts in the hammy and glute also you better be stretching daily.

You sure were really fast after that unplanned restroom break! You really should coordinate with me better, we might actually see each other out there one of these days!!! Are you ever going to come run with the BBK's again?

Oh, and nice run, too.

josse, i rolled on a ball like you suggested. what is the science behind that as a treatment?

From josse on Fri, Aug 13, 2010 at 21:50:26 from 75.220.99.32

It just get those muscles loosened up, like getting a massage. I don't know if there is any science behind it beside I say it works;) No it has been proven that keeping those muscle loose helps to have less pain and injury.

Cal when my PT has had me do stuff similar to this he says stuff similar to what Josse said and also talks alot about it breaking up scar tissue. Hey whatever works!
