I love how you can do 2-a-days like they're nothing. Nice work!

I am confused---Yasso's at an easy pace without any rest???? So did you just run? This is going over my head!

So, how are you feeling? Is a PR gonna happen? I HOPE SO!! I guess you just never know, but I can tell that my training is just not there so it is not possible for me. I am bummed, so I am trying to live vicariously through you!

You didn't miss anything - it was my attempt at satire.

Not sure about the PR possibilities yet. I'm still 20 lbs higher than i should be but there's still time if i can get serious.

That is what I thought, but sometimes I am dumb so I wanted to make sure. I laughed....but then I was not sure I was supposed to.

20 pounds, eh? Did you ever get to the weight you wanted to be at before last years marathon? Stupid cookies and donuts and brownies and lasagna and bread and pizza and chips. I am an equal opportunity food gorger.

Thru a late push, i was able to get my weight down to an acceptable level last year. (on par with where i'd been the year before that) But it still wasn't where i wanted to be.
