Noon - Needed a break from the treadmill.  Nice run along the parkway.  Low 90's.  The breeze felt great during half of the run.  7.10 @ 8:04 avg pace.

Holy hot! I'm glad the parkway is shaded and breezy, I'm sure that helped. Nice miles and pace AND getting out away from the TM. Did the knee feel better out there?

luckily the knee has felt fine since that anomaly on the treadmill.
