major struggle on the treadmill today (worn out legs & mind games).  cut the run short, did some inclined walking, lifted a few weights - then took a well needed power nap.

Treadmills are stinky that's all there is to it! But I'm a big believer in power naps we should all take 1 every day.

I am always impressed when you kick it into gear.

Are you finally getting older like me and can't crank it into high gear as fast. I hate trying to be smart about my build up and training. If I want to go from 20 miles a week to 60 miles a week then I should be able to, right?

BTW, the river parkway is flooded around 42nd south. I've had to always go south on my runs this week instead of switching directions every day.
