Late PM - Treadmill
Afternoon - Top of the Cove and back w/D (5.07 miles). Then finished up on the treadmill. (3.13 miles)
Noon - Treadmill. Nothing special but it was a decent first run for the day. (5.6 miles)
Late PM - Treadmill (4.03 miles @ 8:34 pace)
Noon - Nice and easy outside run on the Parkway w/ MS & DM. Felt like summer. (5.0 miles)
AM - 5.7 miles (Cove out & back course w/D), then 3.3 on the treadmill
