Afternoon - 4.05 miles on the road - Out & back route thru Rosecrest + Mini Cove Loop, then 1.0 miles on the treadmill.
Goal for remainder of October: Ramp up mileage and get into a consistent routine.
Some outside (4.05) and some on the treadmill (3.10)
(alternating slow/fast quarter mile intervals)
Due to the UEA, i was able to get out for a rare morning run before work. If i could make this a trend, it would do wonders for me. (i'd just have to get up a lot earlier each day)
5.10 miles @ 8:55 avg pace. Out & back thru Rosecrest.
2.99 miles just before sunrise. nice running conditions.
